1 – FROM IDEA TO PROJECT
Objectives: to translate the idea into a revenue generating project with market and feasibility study.
Prerequisite: the Designer masters a specific creation skill or traditional craftsmanship and wants to use the expertise to start an entrepreneurial journey.
Teachings: online and/or onsite training, coaching.
2 – FROM PROJECT TO LAUNCH
Objectives: to create the company and to set up the structure.
Prerequisite: project plan have been validated, MVP and prototypes have been tested.
Teachings: online and/or onsite training, coaching.
3 – FROM LAUNCH TO DEVELOPMENT
Objectives: to ensure sustainability of the revenue model while keeping up with the creation process.
Prerequisite: a first sales model with revenues has been successfully tested.
Teachings: online and/or onsite training, coaching and mentoring.
4 – FROM LAUNCH TO EXPANSION
Objectives: to develop sales and additional revenue streams, development of franchisees and licencees, product diversification, partnership, fundraising…etc.
Prerequisite: the Company is structured and the Management has a clear vision of the expansion strategies.
Objectives: online and/or onsite training, coaching and mentoring.
